All Sales Are Final on Intimate Wellness Products For health and hygiene reasons, all intimate massagers and wellness devices are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. This applies to all products in the LaLisshh catalog.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lalisshh1@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before they are processed for shipment. After that window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please email us promptly if you need to cancel.
